These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by AiRK Artificial Intelligence Training LLC ("AiRK," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company registered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

AiRK is an ACTVET-certified training provider offering artificial intelligence education and leadership development programs, including our flagship Ekalavya Program, aligned with UAE's knowledge economy objectives.

2. Services

2.1 Training Programs

We provide:

• ACTVET-certified Ekalavya Program (3-credit qualification)
• Executive Track: Leadership and strategic decision-making in AI era
• Entrepreneur Track: Business building and UAE launch strategies
• AI for All community programs
• Corporate training and consulting services

2.2 Delivery Method

Our programs are delivered through hybrid learning (classroom and immersive experiences), including cultural visits to institutions like Louvre Abu Dhabi and exposure to regional businesses.

3. Enrollment and Payment

3.1 Registration

Enrollment in our programs requires completion of registration forms and payment of applicable fees. Registration is subject to availability and meeting program prerequisites.

3.2 Payment Terms

• Fees are due at time of registration unless otherwise agreed
• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless specified
• Corporate training may have customized payment terms
• Refund policies vary by program type and are specified at enrollment

3.3 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms depend on the specific program. ACTVET-certified programs may have different cancellation policies due to regulatory requirements. Details are provided during enrollment.

4. Student Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled sessions and participate actively in learning activities
• Complete assignments and assessments as required
• Respect the learning environment and fellow participants
• Comply with ACTVET certification requirements where applicable
• Provide accurate information during registration and maintain updated contact details

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 AiRK Materials

All training materials, including The AiRK Method, curriculum content, and proprietary learning tools, remain the intellectual property of AiRK. Students may use materials for personal learning but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize them.

5.2 Student Work

Students retain ownership of their original work created during programs, while AiRK may use anonymized examples for educational purposes with student consent.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to data processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

AiRK provides training services to the best of our ability. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific career outcomes or business results. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific program or service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE, or through alternative dispute resolution methods as appropriate.

9. ACTVET Compliance

Our certified programs comply with ACTVET standards and regulations. Certification requirements, assessment criteria, and credential recognition are subject to ACTVET policies and UAE educational standards.
